I just had the most insulting experience. I made a call for delivery where they asked me for my number and address, placed my order and he gentlemen told me it would be delivered 27-37min. 55 minutes passed and I called and they told me they don't deliver to my address and they are still considering it. Excuse me? You had my address so you could've told me before and I would've been able to call another location. Then, you had my number, so those 55minutes I waited you could of had the decency in calling me! Won't consider you ever again.

Thank you Dominos for saving me from having to cook tonight. Our pizza was delivered quickly and it was delicious. My only complaint is that we have ordered from the same Dominos for over a year, yet they always have a hard time finding our apartment. Regardless, I still think they are awesome.

I really had no strong opinion about this place until now. I order from Dominos as least once month because I live on campus and don't have time for regular meals during dining hall hours. The service is ridiculously varied. For the same order it could take 30 minutes to 1 and a half hours. I know there are "busy times" but seriously? I live 3 minites driving away, and the order was out for delivery 20 minutes ago and it still hasn't showed up. The customer service when I called was rude. I deserved to be rude! I'm getting eaten by mosquitos out here waiting "for three minutes". I already have 8 bites. Update:The guy finally showed up after 35 minutes. Earlier this year it wasn't a problem at all, the opposite in fact. The service was quick, and the guy there (don't remember his name) was very sweet. I had called about a mixed up order and he offered to bring me a whole new one for free. But now, all I heard was a confusing slurr of phrases tinted with irritation then an abrubt ending without warning. I would be amiss, however, to not note the friendliness of the driver. I understand that he has many orders to fill. Maybe next time though, the tracker shouldn't say "delivered" when I obviously didnt have my food. I feel food places that deliver should be wary of hungry customers. As they tend to be the most ruthless in social commentary.

Terrible service when you call. Waited 15 minutes on the phone to order a pizza and when they pick up they won't even give you the time to speak, they put you on hold right away. I ended up ordering online. It's supposed to be a fast food place how sad. Hate waiting so never ordering from this store ever again (not the first time)

It has taken me more than 30 min on more than one occasion to order over the phone. And when I came in today they had one person working and it took 10 min to even take my order and I was the only one in line. The worst dominos I've ever experienced. They take advantage of the fact that it's one of the only places carless UM students can go.

Horrible online ordering, did not have the food I ordered in stock. They called to tell me they were waiting on a truck to get their food stock in. They asked if i wanted substitution (I didn't), I asked for the rest of the order to be sent with out the stuff they didn't have. I ordered 1 pizza, 1 pasta. They were out of pasta. My total for both items was $17 (including delivery charge). When they removed the pasta, the price of the pizza alone was $16 PLUS $2.50 delivery charge??? Charge more, get less. Spent over 20 minutes on the phone with a manager (Dulc) who could BARELY speak English, and talked down to me for not speaking Spanish. Refused to honor online pricing, and refused to deliver my pizza. I ordered at work, and have no way of leaving my break (which is now over) to get food. My break time has passed, and I am starving. Guess I have to wait for dinner around 9pm to eat today. Extremely disappointing, frustrated, and sad that a simple online order went so wrong, and the MANAGER could not assist in fixing the order where I ended up with food.

The invention of the telephone was a useful tool. One that revolutionized the way people talked to one another. Flash forward to this place, calling them will not work, matter of fact it's completely futile. It's as if time just passed over this establishment and was not gifted the use of of a telephone line. They simply don't answer your call! Now onto the pizza, it was not even cooked. One of them came out perfectly normal and then the other look like blood was spilled over it, and they threw cotton balls on top to soak it up. Just an overload of sauce and blobby cheese that did not melt. The highlight of this was a police officer walking in behind us, observing the scene of the crime he pulling out his gun wanting to arrest me for suspicion of murder....but seriously. A police officer walked in and was cracking up at what they called a chicken hot sauce pizza. Now I don't want to give you the impression this was a one an done order. I've ordered from this establishment many times and it takes ages to deliver. This time I felt I must warn my fellow yelpers of the misery however.

I got delivery from this location and had the worst experience I've ever had. I live in an apartment and the driver flat refused to bring my food inside to my door despite my clear written instructions for the building's call box. He pretended not to understand my English or Spanish and yelled at me for holding him up. He finally complied with my verbal instructions and brought the food up stairs. At my door he swore at me and told me next time I had to go downstairs to him. I've never had a delivery driver yell at me for insisting he bring me my food. When I called the store, the manager didn't seem interested in the least. Worst location ever, they've lost a customer for life.

I was pleasantly surprised with Domino's new Pan Pizza- if you like Pan Pizza, this one is really good. You can place your order online and add extra cheese, sauce, and toppings. I like to add extra meat (it makes a difference). They also added a chocolate molton souffle- it's delicious (not too sweet). I have also ordered their pasta which is good as well. This is a great make-me-feel-good meal at a great price. By the way, their website is hilarious- when you order the Pan Pizza you have a guy who sounds like Barry White advising you of the progress of your pizza and when the delivery guy has left to bring you your pizza. Their delivery is pretty fast, with the exception when there is some sports event going on- when everyone's ordering a pizza.

Andrea, the PoS manager refused to fulfill my delivery order even after I contacted customer service to resolve the issue. Pizza Hut had no problem accepting my business. This location needs a change in management and leadership soon!

Horrible customer service. They took my order online, refused to deliver it in the dark (to my peaceful, family-filled street), then told me to come pick it up. Bad phone manners from the trainee of the week. Do yourself a favor and order from Pizza Rustica. Much better pizza and much better people.

I've ordered from this domino's quite a bit over the years but last night was the worst. I ordered the pan pizza which was undercooked, and the cinnastix did not include the vanilla frosting!! Absolutely despicable. Only reason why I didn't give a 1 star is because I've had good experiences in the past but last night was a nightmare

They never deliver the pizza on time! The online ordering is easy but it always says the pizza is delivered when it is not. The pizza if frequently overcooked and burnt and there is no practical way of sending it back. Located in the middle of U of M as well as Coral Gables with South Miami a block away this pizza place should step up it's game.

The worst service of any restaurant of all time. They won't get your order right and then when you call them they won't pick up the phone. They are lazy, terrible workers, and will do anything to not work. I've waited there personally for up to 20 minutes without being addressed, when I was the only person there. Ordering delivery is even worse because they'll lie to you on the dominos tracker. This is the worst place of all time please don't give them your money because it only keeps up the laziness and sheer shittiness of this awful place..

Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else but here. Incompetence is putting it lightly. They have no customer service skills. After telling me that the driver came to my house and "I refused the order" they continued to be rude and say I was liar. Obviously the driver got the wrong house. After complaining they said they would send him out with the same order, I asked for fresh one because if the delay, they agreed and said 25-35min. Yeah, no pizza. They shrugged it off and canceled the order!! Meanwhile I waited another 45min. No wonder people talk so bad about dominoes. Just ordered Sir Pizza, wow what a difference!
